A 24 hours free cancellation policy is set in place by the airline, where passengers can qualify for a complete refund if:
- Flight booking is canceled within 24 hours from the time of booking.
- Date of flight departure is 1 week or more away from the date of booking.
- Is not a Basic Fare type reservation.
- Ticket not purchased with Premier Points.
The Aeromexico Airlines Seattle-Tacoma International Airport terminal office only accepts requests for cancellations / refunds of tickets directly purchased from the airline’s official channels.
